This FMCG business with high profile global and local brands is a market leading business and has an outstanding reputation as an employer of choice. As leaders in most of the retail categories they compete in, an exciting opportunity in the sales team has become available.

In this senior role, you will manage the national field team order to deliver the state revenue plan through in-store execution of account plans, marketing programs and field drives. You will lead, direct, manage and motivate the sales team to optimise execution across the account retail structures. Critical to the success of your role is your ability to effectively manage strategic stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.

You possess a strong track record in field sales management and account management gained from the FMCG arena and have previously experiencing in managing an independant banner. You possess superior communication, negotiation and influencing skills and boast notable achievements in your career. Commercially savvy, you have a proven track record with developing and leading a national field team to reach their full potential.

Tertiary qualifications are essential.
