This has created a great opportunity for an engineering professional to develop and lead plant reliability and maintenance, combining a strategic outlook and a hands on approach, leading the relaibility and maintenance team.

As part of an industry leading management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a cost effective strategy to ensure plant reliability is maximised for both existing plant and new best in class plant currently being completed. Managing the function you will provide direct leadership to the group and technical support to the broader business, improve skills and capability of the department and introduce best practice techniques. This role will require you to present at a corporate level and work and across and influence a variety of key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will ideally have an engineering degree and significant experience in maintenance/reliability gained from a manufacturing environment. It is essential that you understand relaibility centred maintenance and have managed a team within a manufacturing environment, ideally fast moving.
