This organisation is a market leader across multiple categories through retail customers. They invest heavily in above the line brand activity, new product development and innovation, whilst being regarded globally as progressive in the area of consumer insights.

This is a highly strategic and critical role within this business as it establishes the clear insights required to help drive clear customer strategies and direction across core categories. You will develop insights around shopper motivation, category, consumer and in store execution foresight which will be critical in helping shape this business as a leading category expert. You will manage external research agencies and liaise cross functionally with the likes of Sales, Marketing and Customer Marketing.

Given this role is a critical one in driving growth initiatives forward through the business, an experienced consumer insights candidate who understands the FMCG arena is essential. You may currently be in a Trade Marketing role or Business Management role but have worked across the market research function. You will be passionate about brands, categories, and the overall retail environment. Tertiary qualified, this is an excellent opportunity to develop programs and strategies in a progressive FMCG business.
