This peak indigenous organisation is involved in some of the most exciting and important issues happening in Australia.  The team work at the coalface of native title and land rights law in Outback Australia, in a challenging and stimulating environment.  As Human Resources Manager, based in Alice Springs, your role is pivotal in supporting a positive and diverse working environment, and driving Human Resource services and relationships.

In this role, you will use your superior influencing and communication skills to foster good working relationships throughout the organisation, providing advice and guidance to management on all aspects of:

• Human resources, including resourcing, policies
• industrial relations
• OH&S
• Performance management
• Data management

You will use your extensive practical HR experience, high level research and analytical skills, and proven flexibility in this leadership role. You will manage a small but effective HR team, leading by example to provide HR services to all levels of management.  Your experience working with indigenous Australians, or your understanding of the issues facing indigenous groups in modern society, will be highly regarded.
