Senior Managing Consultant - ITIL and Strategy

Do you have an ITIL Expert or ITIL Master? Do you have a strong background in automation and process improvement? Do you have experience in consolidation and integration of infrastructure? If yes, read on!

Based in Melbourne, this newly created position presents a fantastic opportunity for an ITIL and process management guru to create and shape the processes and success of a large, growing company's infrastructure. Working closely across the infrastructure architecture, programme/portfolio management and service management facets of the company, you will be responsible for the creation, consolidation and integration of new and existing ITIL process management solutions. 

To secure this role, you must have experience with ITIL v3 and be certified in ITIL v3. In addition to this, you must have demonstrable experience in:

• The implementation and creation of plans for deployment of tools and frameworks;
• The improvement of efficiency of Service Delivery / Infrastructure processes;
• Cost-effective process solutions;  and
• Service delivery and infrastructure requirements gathering.

In addition to this, experience in automation tools and processes is highly sought after.
