In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Credit Managers/Assessors who are accountable for ensuring quality credit decisions are made from loan submissions from mortgage brokers and Loan Writing Solutions teams. Additionally you will be required to coach a large team and engage with key stakeholders on a national basis.
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience within a financial institution, ideally with a retail/commercial banking and/or credit assessment and management focus. Your ability to lead, motivate and coach a team to achieve agreed objectives and comprehensive understanding of personal & business products, credit policy, marketing and customer segment management practices and overall risk management will be key selection criteria.
