In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the project stream to deliver best practice outcomes, on budget and within agreed timeframes. You will undertake detailed GAP analysis and develop business requirements, align re-engineering deliverables to internal projects, develop/update policies, processes and procedures and determine IT changes required and implement.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in professional project related roles ideally with regulatory change and compliance exposure. Your understanding of banking practices, highly developed relationship management, engagement and negotiation skills and appreciation for key business drivers and an understanding of how the compliance approach impacts the business, will be key selection criteria.
