In this role, you will be responsible for leading and co-ordinating the resources required to implement a strategic change initiative for the organisation. You will be required to develop a and manage the Group-wide communications, implementation strategy for various businesses, develop and roll out training as well as provide specialist support to parts of the business.
To be successful in this role, you will have proven project management experience within the financial services industry, ideally with regulatory change and compliance exposure, as well as a demonstrated understanding of change management practices. Your past success in developing and rolling out training programs and methodologies, strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to tailor communications to a diverse range of business and technical project stakeholders will be key selection criteria.
