In this role, you will be responsible for leading and co-ordinating the resources required to implement a strategic change project. This will involve the professional use of project management disciplines to ensure they are aligned with the organisational strategy. The program will involve multiple projects and all processes such as project quality/control, communication, stakeholder management, people leadership and knowledge harvesting.
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive exposure in professional project roles within the finance industry, ideally with regulatory change and compliance flavour, as well as experience in the design and on-time budget delivery of complex projects. Your highly developed strategic communication planning skills, demonstrated change management experience and ability to develop strong relationships, both internally and externally at senior levels, as well as your strong negotiation skills will be key selection criteria.
