With the changing legislative environment, you will have a strong understanding of Fair Work, and have demonstrable experience working with trade unions.
The HR Manager will manage a team of HR professional on site, acting as both a mentor and a coach.

In order to be considered, it is essential that candidates have a strong background in mining and resources.
Tertiary qualifications are preferred, as well as being either CAHRI or FAHRI qualified.
