A great opportunity has arisen for a Senior Corporate lawyer to join this highly reputable mid-sized firm in their Sydney Practice.
This dynamic and challenging role will involve various work in area such as:
Mergers & acquisitions
Corporate governance and compliance law
Transfer pricing
Project finance
Contracts
Financial Services
Clients include public companies, construction and property development companies, airlines, sporting organisations and financial institutions.
Ideally you should have a minimum of five years post admission experience and up to and including partner level in Corporate/Commercial law at a mid or top tier-firm.
Servicing an excellent client base you should possess a strong service ethic and can-do attitude.
With a strong corporate law background and the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, you should ideally possess the following skills:
Corporate law experience
Transaction management skills
Team management skills
Ability to manage effective client and worker relationships
Flexibility and openness to workplace practices
Excellent client management skills
