"I would sincerely like to thank Six Figures for the opportunity to meet Tom Elliot and enjoy a sensational informative and educational lunch. I am currently at an interesting stage in my career. Do I take a further senior role within a wealth management company, or do I team up with a few key players and forge out on my own? Hearing Tom's experiences in setting up his own company - 'MM&E Capital' - was invaluable. The main lessons he imparted were to ensure there is sufficient cash flow for at least 2 years and then add more. Stick it out and always know that in the first 2-3 years you will find it tough going. The spoils are there after your hard work - stick to your guns and back yourself!"
