About Us
Six Figures is the Jobs, News and Services site for businesses who want to recruit from the top levels of job seekers by offering them access to Executives, Manager and Senior Professionals on more than $100,000 a year. Six Figures helps connect the top 10% of jobs with the top 10% of job seekers across all industries and professions — permanent, contract and part-time.
We're an independently owned site with a proven commitment to providing quality, service and integrity to our employer advertisers as well as our job seeking members.
The end result is that Six Figures delivers great job opportunities, news and services to members and high quality applicants to advertisers.
How does it work?
High salary earners who are looking for a new job, or simply want to keep an eye on the job market, register to become a member of Six Figures. Standard membership is free. Premium membership costs only AU$66 (inc. GST) a year and offers access to a range of additional services. To see the benefits of becoming a Six Figures member, click here to go to our Membership Options page.
Employers who are looking for executive or professional staff complete the Six Figures job ad template and pay to post their job ads on the site. The majority of our advertisers also take up our option of an advertiser profile as they realise that most high salary earners want to make an informed decision about a company, its values and what it is offering before they will submit a job application. Placement of a single job ad is $295 for a month, but we also offer packages and other value-added alternatives. If you would like to look at fees and the benefits of becoming a Six Figures advertiser, click here to visit our Advertisers Products & Pricing page.
Once a job ad has been lodged, all members can view and apply for it. Many members opt for 'job mail' as it notifies them automatically when jobs, in which they have expressed an interest, are listed on the site. Other ways members find out about jobs include using the job search tools and via the weekly member newsletter that features a selection of jobs and advertisers.
Our vision
Six Figures is committed to providing high levels of service, backed up with the latest technology. We do not push the interests of one client base over another. Nor do we maintain an electronic wall between ourselves and our clients. We can be contacted by email or phone for queries, support or general information.
Employers are encouraged to provide key information about the positions they are advertising as well as completing an advertiser profile that gives an outline of the organisation's core values and activities. We offer free advice and support to those advertisers who find it difficult or too time-consuming to provide a high level of information. Similarly, we encourage our members to provide clear, relevant and honest information and also offer support with resume writing, executive career coaching and more.
Our over-riding aim is to operate with the integrity that will make the talent and job search process rewarding and satisfying for employers and job seekers.
